Sharon Yvonne Stone is the only child of Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, a tool-and-die manufacturer and former employee in a manufacturing plant. Her birth date was 10 March 1958in Meadville Pennsylvania. Michael, Kelly, Patrick. She was one of three sisters. Stone was considered to be exceptionally gifted in her academics when she entered in the second grade at age five. Saegertown Senior High School, Saegertown Pennsylvania is where she earned her diploma in 1975. The Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone winning Miss Crawford County.
